Al Attal is one of the most well known Real Estate companies in Kuwait. To stand out in a crowded market, a strong consistent Brand Identity was a must.

Understanding the Core Values.

Through virtual workshops conducted over the lockdown period, we concluded that the designs must communicate the values of Honesty, Mastery & Prosperity.

Robust typography and strong lines.

Together with our client, we explored 3 different directions of the Brand Identity before we honed in on this one. The logo derived from the word Al Attal and the lines of a floor plan often used in real estate.

The Impact

Once the logo was finalized, the rest of the identity was swiftly implemented. Al Attal's brand identity was elevated to compete in the Real Estate Industry.
